Special notes concerning breakfast:
- Breakfast is included for guests staying in the main house at Linden.
- Breakfast is NOT included for guests staying in Linden Cottage, but may be purchased at a reduced rate of $18/person for each overnight guest. A 24-hour notice is required, please.
- Additionally, breakfast may be purchased for those not staying at either the B&B or the Cottage for $18/person. Again, 24-hour notice is required, please.
- If you will not be having breakfast with us during your stay, we kindly ask that you let the staff know the day before.
