Here at Linden Historic Bed & Breakfast, your special day is our special day, too!  With plenty of scenic locations and picturesque views, our unique location offers you a special day like no other.

When selecting Linden Historic Bed & Breakfast as your special venue, you are a not just a valued guest…you are family. Just like family, our home is your home. Linden and our property is for your exclusive use as honored guests.

Venue Rental Information

  • Exclusive use of the house and grounds
  • 10,000* – Base Rental Rate includes the following for up to 150 guests, and two nights stay for all six rooms:

    • Exclusive access to the entire Linden Bed and Breakfast rooms, grounds, and common spaces from Friday at 3 pm to Sunday at 11 am of booked wedding weekend
    • Historic Property with seven lush acres of majestic live oak trees situated close to downtown, with ample parking for your guests (parking attendant services included)
    • Linens, tables, chairs, set-up, and teardown
    • 125 white folding chairs to be used at ceremony or reception
    • Twelve-60” round folding tables and one-72” round folding tables all with white tablecloths
    • Two bar set-ups
    • Luxurious outdoor soft-seating furniture along with three, 4-top tables creating a living room environment
    • Arbor and veranda perimeters accented with low level lighting and statuary
    • Movable 50-amp electrical service for music / lights
    • String lighting in courtyard and front veranda
    • Parking attendants, if desired
    • List of Preferred Vendors including but not limited to caterers, bartenders, music, rentals

While not required, a tent (not included in base fee) is suggested for receptions over 100 guests. 

Customization options are available for up to 200 guests, including a 1949 Vintage 50th Anniversary Packard for arriving at the ceremony and departing Linden, additional fees apply. Call for more details.

Ready your toasts and invite your closest family and friends.  Linden Historic Bed & Breakfast is the perfect location to host your intimate yet elegant Rehearsal Dinner!

Contact our general manager (manager@lindenbandb.com) for a list of our preferred caterers and pricing. If you wish to use your own, a nominal kitchen fee will be applied. (The caterer must provide business license and proof of bonding and insurance.)
